How to Practice Alternate Nostril Breathing:
- Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.
- Place your left hand on your left knee in Jnana Mudra (index finger and thumb touching).
- Use your right hand. Place your right thumb on your right nostril and your right ring finger on your left nostril.
- Close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale through your left nostril for a count of 4.
- Close your left nostril with your right ring finger, release your right nostril, and exhale for a count of 4.
- Inhale through your right nostril, close the right nostril, release the left nostril, and exhale through your left nostril.
- This completes one round. Repeat for 5-10 rounds.
